LEGACY PARK RESIDENCE

This townhome was destroyed when tornadoes ripped through Chattanooga, TN on Easter evening in 2020. Enough structure remained to evaluate the existing layout. There were many opportunities for improvement. The original pantry was only six inches deep, and the roof was choppy and unattractive. We worked with the client to create a better flow and provide more functional spaces. We simplified the roof line, created a beautiful vaulted great room, and expanded the upper level to provide more useful storage areas.

The destruction caused by the tornado was tragic, but we made the best of a terrible situation by providing this family with a new, thoughtfully designed home.
